Detection
Creating Safe-Smart campuses for schools by detecting threats faster, analyzing data smarter, and simplifying communications with an array of actions including mass alerts, two-way mobile messaging, 911 alerts, Evacuations, Lockdowns and parent communications – all from a single, intelligent platform. The Exit signs and Stairwell signs become emergency detection devices. Clocks, signage devices, speakers – used for bells, information displays and announcements – all become tools to detect, react and respond to emergency situations.
Active Shooter
The goal of the solution is to save lives and reduce injuries by minimizing the number of rounds fired by the shooter. AI-powered devices throughout the hallways will detect the weapon in the shooters hand. (Note – in some previous school shootings, the perpetrator assembled the weapon in the stairwell; therefore, strategically placed units in the stairwell can be the first to identify the threat).
Bus Safety
Addressing challenges faced by students on the bus with practical solutions is imperative. By implementing CheckAccelerate response functions, we can swiftly assess if any students are injured on an affected bus, minimizing the time required for transferring them to a functional bus and thereby reducing the risk of further injury. This proactive approach also enables the campus to anticipate the arrival of late children, streamlining the check-in process and ensuring they can be placed in their classrooms promptly. Moreover, it alleviates anxiety among parents waiting for their children, resulting in fewer inbound calls and complaints. Timely communications with parents further foster trust in the administrators and encourage tighter community involvement with the district.
